I started today by picking up the last batch of bundtinis from Nothing Bundt Cakes for the volunteers and delivered a thank you card to the owner for her generous donation. This morning we checked on the volunteers and fixed the balloon arch in the lobby because it fell down overnight. We had the volunteers take a cute picture too to include in our volunteer appreciation week recap. Today was the first day that staff and volunteers could pick up the sweatshirts they ordered. We had them all organized in one of the conference rooms. Molly shared the pick up spreadsheet with Yessica and I so we can all help people. I already have the payment system downloaded from the last time we sold shirts so I’m golden. Yessica and I sat in the conference room working on content together and helping people as they came by. Amy ordered us Chick-Fil-A for lunch with all of the rewards points we earned from ordering food for Growing Together. We just sat and did computer work on content for the rest of the day.
