Last full week with UCBC Cares!!! This week is volunteer appreciation week and I coordinated donations from Nothing Bundt Cakes each day this week for our lovely volunteers so I started my morning by picking up bundtinis for todays volunteers. Once I got to the office I put them in the fridge and went to talk to Amy. I worked on my blog and reflection from last week and helped her get her presentation and agenda ready for her board meeting today. The presentation goes over everything that we’ve done so far in 2026 and information on upcoming events for the rest of the year. Once Amy felt good about everything the rest of us went downstairs to clean up everything that was left in the social work office from this weekend. I packed up all of my Kesem stuff and we packed up the UCBC Cares stuff into my car to transport back to Breast to put in our storage unit. We headed back to the office to see all the volunteers at shift change and make sure they got a bundtini if they wanted one. We made sure to take pictures so we can make a thank you post for Nothing Bundt Cakes later this week.
