Today I came in around 10:30am to print some samples for our last Growing Together meeting. We met with the whole team at 11 to discuss final plans, printed materials, supplies, and getting ready. Molly and I took the role of making all the volunteer clip boards. We had lunch after the meeting and went to go print. Each clipboard got a schedule, map of the building, group assignments, and a passport. The back of each clipboard had the number of that group so the volunteers would be able to easily attract the families assigned to their group. Molly had to leave at 1pm so I made all of the clipboards once she sent everything to be printed. Once these were finished I checked on all of the volunteers and made sure they knew I was there for them if they needed anything. Then I went to the conference room where we have been staging everything for tomorrow. I worked on organizing the Kesem tables supplies and building the wooden circle name tags sent from nationals. I ended up pulling a volunteer to help me with this because it was very slow where she was stationed. I found the supplies that had just been delivered that day and organized them as well. We bought a bubble machine to have outside with the yard games so I plugged that in to be charged for tomorrow. I sorted all of the kids doctor supplies for each station.
