Today I came in a little late because I was tasked with picking up a birthday cookie cake for our work based learning student and our receptionist. We celebrated their birthdays and it was super sweet! We’re having another Look Good Feel Better event in a week and a half so I went over the slides Yessica and I worked on a while ago to make sure they were good. I also worked on the invitation for the Jennifer Allen Spirit of Service Awards that we’ll be giving out next Friday to volunteers. Once I got it approved by Amy I sent it to Molly so she could send it to the staff and volunteers. I went back to Breast to get more drinks and our drink dispensers for Saturday. While I was there I grabbed a sample LGFB bag to take and show off at breast cancer support group. I came back to the office at 5:30 to speak at support group and invite them to LGFB. One lady told me she signed up. I love being able to be at support group because it’s a beautiful community. Tonight they had an activity of painting led by an instructor. I was allowed to stay and paint since they had extra settings. It was super fun and I was able to take pictures to use for content once the group leader gets approval from everyone.
