Today was a short day for me since I stayed late yesterday. Yessica and I redecorated the volunteer check-in area for April and updated the upcoming events for volunteer appreciation week. I was able to order the sign for volunteer appreciation week today so that should come in about a week and a half. Amy and Molly surprised Yessica and I with Easter baskets this morning and it was the sweetest thing ever. I love them!!!!! After that we left Amy to work and we all worked on some data pulling for Breast Friends. I worked on this earlier in the week as well, but needed to pull data from last years social media performance too. This was easy just tedious. We each worked on a different component of the data to make it easier, Molly did volunteers, Yessica did attendees, I did social media, and Amy did finances and anything else that needed to be done. We finally got the second set of photos back from Strollin today so I went through those and found some great pictures of the volunteers. I started working on a volunteer thank you post. Amy asked us to make her presentation for the April managers meeting so I got working on that. It’s a fun task because I get to reminisce about the awesome stuff we’ve done. I tried to include everything she asked for, but I’m sure she’ll have notes so I’ll work on addressing those next week! I have doctors appointment tomorrow so I won’t be in the office.
