I came in later than normal today because I had an appointment. When I got here I wrote and posted my blog for yesterday. Then I worked on scheduling some content that we approved yesterday. While doing this I learned how to schedule a story, so I’ll be able to do that going forward which is awesome. I moved on to working on content for our pickleball tournament that will be later in the year. We don’t have a set date yet so I’ve just been making templates that we can use for flyers, save the dates, and sponsor thank you  posts. I followed the same vibe of content as Yessica made for Strollin as well as used past years content for inspiration. I took a break from working to check on the volunteers. I hung out with them for a while and helped some patients. I went upstairs for a quick lunch of Taco Mama before our therapy dog and his mom got here. They come to the office most Fridays and usually Molly walks them around, but today that was my task since the rest of our crew is in Elberton for Dress in Blue Day for Colon Cancer Awareness. We walked around the infusion floor, waiting room, and doctors and nurses offices. Once they left for the day I hung out with the downstairs volunteers for a while. Someone had dropped a shift for this afternoon and it never got picked up so I filled in for them for a while as well as pulled the volunteer from radiation to do a little bit of both. I went back up to Molly’s desk to do work for a few minutes before I got a message that a patient was ringing the bell because she finished her radiation today. I ran down and we clapped and took pictures with her and her husband. It was an awesome way to end the week. I posted a cute story with a picture of our therapy dog. Yessica sent me pictures from Elberton to make a wrap up post with. Once Molly got back from Elberton I was able to head home!
