This morning started with blogging. I organized all of the sponsorship logos for Strollin in a Google Drive folder for Molly to use for the t-shirts and for us to use for post event social media content. Yessica and I worked together on some content before we all met as a group at 10. Molly booked us one of the conference rooms so that we could screen share to the big projector and go over content together. Amy approved some things and I worked on getting them scheduled after our meeting. As a group we talked about wanting more brand consistency across posts so we came up with a template for each cancer awareness day similar to how we have a template for each cancer awareness month. We decided on posting more fun stories for engagement and to keep the feed as similar as possible. It’s hard to keep a brand when we put on so many different events that have different color palettes, but we’re working on it! I posted a story with the registration link to Strollin, hoping it will get more views and interaction than a regular feed post. Amy told us how much interaction with socials has already grown since Yessica and I came on which is an awesome feeling! After content, we talked about the volunteer program and how to get better engagement from them when important messages go out and how to deal with so many shifts being dropped. My dad came to Athens for the afternoon so I gave him a tour of the building and introduced him to my people.
