Molly is out of town today and tomorrow so Yessica and I are covering volunteer check-in. I worked on my blog as volunteers trickled in. I chatted with hem and made sure to let them know Yessica and I are here for them if they need anything. Once the volunteers were all settled, Amy booked us a conference room to go over the content document Yessica and I made for her to use when we’re gone. I screenshared to the big screen and went through captions and graphics. She gave notes on what she liked and didn’t like for us to work on. After this Amy left us to work. I did some research for different cancer awareness month posts and worked on editing some of the graphics that Amy didn’t love. While I did this Yessica worked on writing all of the volunteers names on a spring themed little paper for us to decorate the volunteer room since it’s almost volunteer appreciation week. I took a break from working to check on all of the volunteers. We grabbed lunch which was Chick-Fil-A today! After lunch I went to check-in the next shift of volunteers. Once everyone was settled I put up all of the cute nametags!
