Today we started at the GI building and I blogged about yesterday while waiting for our meeting to start! We talked all things Strollin and I worked on some content while we talked since there wasn’t anything I needed to take notes on. I worked on a thank you post for the lunch donation from the ministry, an advertisement for next month’s breast cancer support group, and some filler content for summer. After the meeting we met with 2 ladies who had a donation for us from an event they put on earlier this month benefiting the UCBC Cares Foundation. We met with them and took a picture. After that, we game planned what each of us was heading to do. I was tasked with going back to the main building to check on all the volunteers and just be in the vicinity if anyone needed anything. I checked on all the volunteers and hung out on the first floor for a while since they were down a person. When Molly got back to the office she had us help distribute Ensure shakes that are expiring in the next week around the building to make sure they don’t go to waste. After this I headed home early because I wasn’t feeling well.
