This morning Yessica and I worked on our summaries from last week. We also caught up with Molly about our weekends. At 9am we went up to Amy’s office for our weekly content meeting. Yessica and I had prepared most of the content for March so we just needed to show Amy the posts and the captions we wrote to get her approval before scheduling them. March is looking good content wise! This content meeting brought up the fact that we don’t really know what we’re doing for Wonders and Worries and that we need to talk to the social work team about what content they want posted and what the role of the foundation will be for the event. After this meeting we left Amy to work and picked up the packages with supplies for Molly’s bulletin board. I took on the task of formatting the bulletin board with the templates Yessica made, printed, and laminated. I was able to get the board done so it’s now fully functional, it just needs to get hung up on the wall. The other task I worked on today was a flyer Amy wanted to be able to send to newly onboarded employees explaining what the foundation is and what we do. I found an old flyer that didn’t have a lot of info on it and tried to add a little more. I’m not sure that what I came up with is what Amy wants so I sent her a draft to get feedback and will make edits tomorrow. We had Outback for lunch today and it was really good!
