This morning I blogged about Monday. Amy took the day off today so it was just Yessica, Molly, and I. Molly needed help recording the rest of the content for her volunteer training videos so Yessica and I got to be actresses again. Today we were filming on the infusion floor. We showed where the cart lives, how to get it and where to bring it on the floor. We showed where each carafe goes, where to fill up the ice bucket, and which snacks are in which drawer on the cart. Next we showed where everything is to restock the cart and how to interact with patients when offering a snack and drink. We also showed where the blanket warmer is and how to fill it up. After filming Yessica and I went to the staff lounge to work because Molly needed to lock in in her office. We worked on content together. I did some research for Anal Cancer Awareness day and Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Day. I captioned and scheduled our Valentine’s Day post. There is a large bulletin board at our office in Monroe that we are responsible for filling so Molly had me work on a mock up for approval. Once we liked the mock up I went on Amazon to find all the supplies we would need to make this beautiful bulletin board. The last thing Molly asked of us was to come up with a way to organize committed sponsors for Strollin that tracks our follow through on the promotional items they have been promised for their sponsorship tier. I did a lot of Googling for a formula/code to help us, but ran out of time because I had to leave and go to work so we will figure that out another day!
